In August of 1991, Homeboyz Volleyball Club was formed in Austin, Texas by Allen A.R.A. Bowie. We are a Non-Profit Organization for local men and women to play highly competitive volleyball within the USA Volleyball organization. 
   
The club began with two men’s teams and one women’s team, after the first regular season and nationals the club went from 3 teams to 6 teams.  There was 1 “AA” men team, 1 “A” men team, 1 “A” women team, 2 BB teams and 1 B team.  All teams have been successful in City of Austin leagues and USA Volleyball competition.

The Club has won many Austin City Leagues, Lone Star Regional’s, won and/or placed well annually at the USA Volleyball National Championships.   Our teams have traveled throughout the nation and compete against top talent throughout the nation and internationally.
